Return Policy for Tees By Tanya

At Tees By Tanya, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at tanya@tanyabarrans.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • For exchanges, you’ll cover the shipping for the returned item, but we’ll ship your replacement at no additional cost.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
