How long does it take to process my order?

All of our shirts are made to order and freshly printed just for you. Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. This does not include shipping time. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, US orders ship via Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2 business days. International delivery times vary depending on location and customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship within the United States and internationally. International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

While we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, we truly want to help. If you experience an issue, please email us at hello@teesbytanya.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@teesbytanya.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. For exchanges, return shipping is covered by the customer, and we’ll ship your replacement at no extra cost.

How long do refunds or exchanges take?

Once we receive your return, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
